They work closely with our accounting firm to manage budget and funding from grants and the United Way Other responsibilities include:
Overseeing professional development plans for staff Acting as a substitute teacher when needed Observing, training and mentoring staff.
Qualifications:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills -Strong leadership and interpersonal skills -step 9 on ORO, CBR certified, CPR, etc.
