Job DescriptionThe Family Medicine Locum Tenens opportunity is located in Chiloquin, OR Location:
Chiloquin, OR 20 minutes NW of Klamath Falls, OR- Duration:
June August (Option to extend) searching for perm (open for locum to perm)- Reason for coverage:
Two locum contracts are expiring June 3 been there 1.
5 years (providers family situation changed, need to be closer to home)- Schedule:
Monday Friday 7a-4.
30p (no weekends no call)- Call:
N/A- Patient volume:
20 patients per day- Scope:
Bread and butter outpatient primary care- EMR:
NextGen- Hospital:
Outpatient clinic- Group/support:
RN/FNP 2 FNP, Medical Director DNP, few specialized providers that rotate through- Requirements (boards, license):
Board Certified or Board Eligible, current DEA, license out of state OR license within 90 days ACLS certification fully vaccinated.
Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities Assistance with credentialing provide EXPEDITED in 30 days or less Call or Email for further detailsSDL2017 Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Emergency Departments Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Surgeries Operating Theater Family Medicine Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
