Summary:
Ninja is seeking a dynamic social media & marketing enthusiast with a passion for crafting engaging content, robust creative writing skills, and a strategic analytical mindset.
The Social Media & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all social media, newsletter, SMS, and affiliate marketing activities for Ninja Mountain Bike Performance.
This includes original content creation, campaign implementation, performance tracking, and analysis.
The Specialist ensures all materials align with our brand identity, contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a strong, consistent brand presence across various online and offline marketing channels.
This part-time position, based in Klamath Falls, OR, offers opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
Create and share compelling original content across social media channels, including photo and video editing, copy/caption writing, and basic graphic design.
Promote all Ninja products, including clinics, ramps, landers, pads, and apparel.
Manage customer comments and messages on social media platforms promptly.
Edit and manage the weekly newsletter and other promotional communications.
Manage the SMS program and coordinate email campaigns with relevant content updates.
Develop, implement, and analyze marketing materials, such as website banners, case studies, skills tips, sales campaigns, and in-person events.
Oversee Ninja's affiliate marketing program, leveraging customer and fan enthusiasm for promoting Ninja products.
Develop comprehensive strategies to increase brand visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website, considering the Ninja customer base.
Measure and report on the performance of social media tools, newsletter engagement, and marketing campaigns.
Make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Conduct SEO research and implementation to enhance online visibility, improve search engine rankings, and increase organic traffic.
Analyze consumer behavior to understand preferences and trends, adjusting campaigns and social media strategy accordingly.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across different marketing channels.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to continually enhance Ninja's marketing strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:

years of relevant industry experience, with 1
year of social media management experience.
Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Proficiency in the Google Suite and Google Drive, as well as experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Proven strong writing skills, including newsletters, article writing, or other creative writing experience.
Passionate about mountain biking and/or the outdoor industry.
Analytical mindset, creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail are a must.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to travel, up to 15%.
