This position offers flexibility as a Part-Time Flex role, with starting weekly hours ranging from 20 to 30 hours, depending on office demands and training progress with the potential for 40 hours at a later date as our needs grow and company expands.
No weekend or overnight shifts required.
Candidate needs to be available to work in the office 5 days per week Experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who shows a strong work history or potential for growth.
Compensation based on experience/certifications.
High attention to detail and organization required.
Must be proficient with modern programs and technology.
Seeking proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently.
Core Job Responsibilities Manages data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion of job in the CRM system Daily review of compliance tasks and all job tasks are completed on time Monitor and update jobs in the required operating system making sure the job flows efficiently through the claims process requirements.
Ensure that uploading photos, and other documents are appropriately described, titled and uploaded in real time, as well as follows up to get missing required data from homeowner and insurance/mortgage information not obtained on initial call Ensure daily notes are entered in all jobs, contacting relevant participants and escalating to the project manager as required Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, etc.
Assist field crew on scheduling of subcontractors and appointments Debrief team members and document in CRM May initiate routine and non-routine correspondence Answers telephone calls, greets visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries Schedule appointments & meetings Enter in new projects into CRM, captures relevant customer and job information May follow up with customer on work performed May call customers to collect payments Assist with invoicing and collection process Other duties as assigned by manager Experience a plus!
