Prior customer service experience Duties Include:
Greeting, welcoming, and directing clients appropriately Maintain accurate client and patient records Maintain flow of clients and patients Ensure accuracy of invoicing and taking payments Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation Managing appointment schedule Answering phone calls and accurately addressing client and patient needs Gentle animal handling including taking and recording patient weights Accurately fill prescriptions Maintaining cleanliness of facility The Jobs for Veterans Act affords priority of service to covered veterans and eligible spouses over non-covered persons for the receipt of employment, training, and placement services.
