Duties include:
(but not limited to) -Coordinate/ Perform all front office responsibilities-Cross training will also be provided for growth! -Greet patients and control/direct patient flow in office -Answer, direct phone calls and schedule patients visits -Create new patients charts -General understanding of insurance -Financial consultations-Sales -Coordinating schedules -General Office maintenance/clean-up -Typing and data entry -Microsoft Word and Excel -Ordering supplies/Restocking supplies when necessary -Set up clinic for patients To apply please submit a resume and cover letter.
