We are currently looking for breakfast and lunch servers.
Duties/responsibilities include:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly enter into Square POS system - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area - Handle cash and process payments using the Square POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation - Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales - Light food prep and dining area cleaning, as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a server in the hospitality or food industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate - Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Confidence with taking payments and making change - Familiarity with the Square POS system is a plus but is not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations Servers will be successful at The Jet House if they are:
