Your passion for sales and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our sales targets as well you would be responsible for assisting the customer in securing proper funds for purchasing recreational vehicles for the dealership.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
Cultivate a positive and customer-centric atmosphere that ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and customer experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Oversee inventory management and ensure a well-presented showroom at all times.
Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration preferred.
Three years of direct sales leadership required.
Industry finance experience.
Technical understanding of the CRM system Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Able to pass a background and possess a current valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
