As a member of the IT Compliance team, the IT Compliance Analyst leads and manages IT compliance projects and activities that ensure compliance with external requirements like Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), European Data Privacy Directive 95/46/EC (Safe Harbor) and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), as well as adherence to company information security and risk management policies and standards.

Duties
Manage and deliver IT security and compliance projects.
Develop and administer IT security policies, standards and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and standards.
Support the development of an information security awareness program.
Support the development of a security incident and event management program.
Support IT audits conducted by internal and external auditors, customers and suppliers.
Support the development of an identity and access management solution.
Serve as IT advocate with the SOX PMO, including remediation of IT audit issues.
Participate in cross-functional teams to support special investigations and responses to litigation (electronic discovery).
Support regulatory audits and self-certification efforts like Safe Harbor and PCI.
Develop and maintain IT Compliance dashboard.
Qualifications
Experience and thorough understanding of SOX, Safe Harbor, PCI and other common regulations.
Understanding of IT audit, security and control principles and control frameworks and standards like COSO, COBIT, ITIL and ISO 27000.
Minimum 5-7 seven years' experience in IT compliance , IT security, IT audit or related role.
In-depth project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
Experience with security incident and event management principles and activities
Bachelor's degree preferable.
CISSP, CISA, CIA or similar security and audit certifications preferred.
Strong writing and documentation skills
Collaborative, proactive and solution oriented; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
Excellent time management skills; flexibility in working across international time zones.
Ability and willingness to travel. (10%-20% as needed).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
