This position requires an independent self-starter, hardworking, multitasking individual who is able to work in a fast paced environment. This person must also possess strong analytical skills in order to analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit. Reporting to and assisting the Credit Manager with all facets of corporate credit and collections Analyze Financial Statement and/or Income Tax Statement; Corporate and Individual Generate financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate customer''s financial status Prepare reports that include recommendations regarding the degree of risk involved in extending credit based on credit reports, financial status, bank and trade. Obtain, process and perfect all forms of security: Letters of Credit, Personal/Corporate Guarantees, PMSI, Bonds, Liens, etc. Credit file and account management, including but not limited to account reconciliation Accounts Receivable Customer Service Evaluate customer records and recommend credit hold and/or payment plans based on account status, customer''s financial position, payment history, forms of security and purchase activity. Complete vendor application review, including appropriate credit terms, credit analyses working closely with all other pertinent departments to complete the process Corporate Reporting and Stats Work closely with all pertinent administrative groups; Collection, Legal, Risk, Sales & Ops AA. Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum three (3) years'' experience in Credit, Accounting and/or Banking MS Office Skills (Word and Excel). Excellent written and verbal communications required Highly organized. Analytical and problem solving skills. Preferred qualifications for this position include: Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent a plus. CBA, CBF, or CCE professional designation from the NACM is valued, but not required.
