Up to 20 hours per month
$65.00 per hour
Must be a Registered Dietitian and provide a copy of credentials.
Will design, modify and review menus as needed to ensure that individual needs of each child are met. Including but not limited to food allergies or restrictions in accordance with CACFP and
Performance Standards.
Provide training to Head Start families and/or staff including information on meal planning.
Maintain training appropriate for the R.D. to ensure compliance with all Head Start Performance Standards and CACFP regulations.
