Maxim Government Services is seeking a Primary Care Physician for the VA Medical Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Are you interested in caring for military services members and their families? We are looking for a provider for a 6 month initial contract, with a 6 month option period.
Hours of service are Monday through Friday 8:
00 am-4:
30 pm, except federal holidays.

o Active, unrestricted license to practice in any stateo Minimum twelve months experience in their respective specialty o Must possess a Medical School (MD or DO) degreeo Physician must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; Physicians who are BE/BC in other specialties may be considered depending on prior experienceEOE/AAE.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
